Better Body’s Fitness Center is over 13,000 square feet.  It is equipped with some fantastic equipment, including, but not limited to the following:

• State of the art Octane Elliptical Steppers equipped with cable TV so you can watch while you do cardio.
• Top of the line True Treadmills with cable TV attached.
• Step Mills
• Recumbant bikes
• Trotter, Cybex, Life Fitness, and Hammer Strength machines. Tons of both free weights and selectorized machines.
• Dumbbells from 2lbs up to 120lbs.
• There are cardio machines located on a mezzanine which overlooks the gym floor for those who like a little more privacy.
• Aerobics room with classes that include Core Strength, Silver Sneakers, Turbo Kick and Yoga
