Training resistance exercise (TRX) Bootcamp   a combination of fundamental endurance and strength training to lose weight build strength and tone your body. Achieve a better fitness level and have more energy to get through the day. Classes conducted by experienced personal and group fitness trainers.

Goal oriented results based on your individual goals, featuring body fat percentage analysis, nutritional guidance. We will track your progress and motivate you to succeed all while enjoying a fun group atmosphere.

 

6 week training camp

Tues & Thurs 6:00a – 7a Saturday 8a

Mon & Thurs 5:30p – 6:30p Saturday 9a
